About Arnold:

Owner/Operator, Arnold Huber, was born and trained in Switzerland.  He speaks English, Swiss German, German and some French.

Arnold trained as an electronics engineer in Switzerland in R&D (Research and Development) in the field of air conditioning controls.  He gained a very basic understanding of physics, especially electronics and elctrical installations, air conditioning systems and mechanical fundamentals. 

He moved to the United States in 1983 and has been in the Los Angeles area ever since.  In Los Angeles, he also apprenticed under a Swiss cabinet maker. 

Arnold's speciality is problem-solving of any kind, large or small, handling the source of the problem so that it does not happen again. He has numerous skills and can do anything from simple "honey-do" to "tricky" repairs and new installations. His work is always to very high standards, the Swiss way!

Owner/Administrator Christine Huber-Meyer is the Administrative part of Swiss Handyman as well as the "other half" of Arnold's life.

Christine has been an Organizing Consultant  helping businesses and individuals since 1992.

She was a homeowner for many years and has experienced the problem of finding a truly good handyman. When she and Arnold met, they knew they were a match.
